Calf Weaning Ration (Medicated)
-Medicated-
For Birth to Weaning
The most critical time in weaning calves is the first two weeks. They must overcome the stress of weaning and learn to eat feed. With good management to reduce stress and a highly palatable feed, greater success can be achieved. A&M Calf Weaning Ration can play a major role in reducing stress. The ration derives its protein from soybean meal, energy from crimped corn, and roughage from cottonseed hulls. Deccox has been added, as Coccidiosis is always a threat when dealing with stressed, confined calves.
Purpose: For the prevention of Coccidiosis in ruminating calves and cattle caused by Eimeria bovis and e. zurnii.
